Definitions
"KejoraNet" — PT. Bintang Kejora Teknologi, an internet service provider
"Customer" — An individual or legal entity subscribing to KejoraNet services
"Service" — All internet and data center services provided by KejoraNet
"Equipment" — Router, modem, and other equipment loaned to customers
Registration & Activation
2.1 Registration Requirements
- At least 17 years old
- Provide valid and accurate data
- Location within KejoraNet coverage area
- Have permission for installation at the location
2.2 Activation Process
- Site survey conducted before installation
- Installation scheduled as agreed
- Service active after installation and first payment received
Payment & Billing
3.1 Subscription Fees
- Payment at the beginning of each subscription period
- Rates according to the selected package
- Installation fee charged for new customers
- Equipment deposit may be required
3.2 Late Payment
Reminder D-3
Reminder sent 3 days before due date
7-day Grace Period
Tolerance without penalty
Auto Suspend
More than 4 days late
Permanent Disconnection
After 10 days from due date
Service Usage
4.1 Permitted Use
- Internet browsing, email, online communication
- Legal video and audio streaming
- Online gaming and entertainment apps
- Legal business and education needs
4.2 Prohibited Use
- Illegal activities or violating Indonesian law
- Spam, phishing, or malware distribution
- Copyright infringement and DMCA violations
- Disrupting network or other customers
- Reselling bandwidth without written permission
Equipment & Installation
5.1 Equipment Ownership
- Router and modem remain property of KejoraNet
- Customer is responsible for maintaining equipment
- Replacement of damaged equipment is customer's responsibility
5.2 Installation
- Performed by official KejoraNet technicians
- Customer provides access to installation location
- Unauthorized modification may result in penalties
Cancellation & Termination
6.1 Cancellation by Customer
- Notification 30 days before cancellation
- No refund for current period
- Equipment must be returned in good condition
6.2 Termination by KejoraNet
- Violation of terms and conditions
- Late payment for more than 30 days
- Service or network abuse
- Damage to KejoraNet equipment
Warranty & Limitation of Liability
Minimum 99% Uptime
Excluding scheduled maintenance
Force Majeure
Not liable for losses due to natural disasters
Third-party Content
Not responsible for content accessed by customers
Compensation Limit
Liability limited to monthly subscription value
Changes to Terms & Conditions
- KejoraNet may amend these terms with 30 days prior notice
- Changes will be announced via the official website and email to customers
- Customers are deemed to agree if they continue using the service after the effective date
Governing Law
- These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia
- Disputes will be resolved through competent courts in Indonesia
- Mediation may be pursued before formal legal proceedings
